I was skeptical because I've tried like 4 different neck pillows and they all end up on the floor or squishing my neck at a weird angle. This one actually attaches to the headrest, so my head stays put even when I fall asleep. Slept almost 5 hours on a red-eye to Chicago and woke up with zero neck pain. Wish I'd bought it years ago.
I travel a lot for work and refuse to carry those huge pillows. This packs down to about the size of my fist and clips right onto my bag. Took it on a 6 hour bus ride and then a train the next day. Setup takes like 30 seconds. Honestly one of the few travel things I've bought that I actually use every single trip.
I wear mascara and hate masks that press on my eyes, so I was nervous. The mask is shaped so there's space around the eyes, and it blocks out literally all the light. The strap is adjustable so it never felt tight. And the wrap is soft and warm enough that I didn't need the airplane blanket. Everything in one thing, love it.
